On the basis of many years of cooperation in international research and development projects, metalogika supports companies in attracting qualified international specialists. Thanks to our grown network, our experience in international cooperation and our understanding of both markets, we accompany companies and professionals from selection to successful integration.

Our focus is currently on the placement of Asian specialists, especially engineers from Indonesia. In order to create the basis for a long-term successful cooperation, we attach great importance to professional qualifications and careful selection.

Needs assessment

The assessment of needs is the basis for a tailor-made placement of skilled workers. Personnel requirements, the technical requirements and the operational framework conditions of the company are systematically recorded for this purpose.

Recruiting & Pre-​Selection

Based on your requirements profile, we recruit suitable Indonesian specialists. Our structured pre-selection ensures that only applicants who are professionally and personally suitable are admitted to the further selection process.

Immigration/​recognition support

We take over the organizational support of the entire immigration and recognition process. This relieves your company and the skilled workers can start their assignment in Germany quickly and with legal certainty.

Occupational integration

Successful integration does not end with the start of work. If you wish, we accompany the operational integration of the skilled workers and support companies and employees in getting started and working together in a sustainable way.

Offshore Development Teams

We also support your company in setting up dedicated offshore development teams. The team members work exclusively for your company and are integrated into your existing R&D processes. While the technical management remains with you, we support recruiting as well as – if required – organizational and administrative tasks on site.

You decide which candidates you would like to meet. We will organize the interview and, if you wish, a personal meeting or a trial work

Language & Cultural Preparation

For successful integration, we also prepare the candidates linguistically and culturally if necessary or support them with professional/technical training.

Recognition & Immigration Formalities

We take over the coordination of all necessary legal and administrative activities, such as those for the issuance of residence and work permits – both in Indonesia and in Germany.

Entry & Employment

We organize the entry formalities and ensure that you take up work.

As part of a regular exchange, we accompany you and the candidate through the first few weeks.
