metalogika connects projects, markets and people

The roots of metalogika go back long before the company was founded. As early as 2008, the later founders Armin Götzmann and Toto Suharto worked together on development projects at Siemens. During this time, not only did a long-standing professional partnership develop, but also the realization that engineers from different cultural backgrounds can work together successfully. This shared experience led to the creation of PT Metalogika Rekayasa Sistem in Jakarta in 2019 with the aim of involving Indonesian engineers in European development projects. With the founding of metalogika GmbH in Lörrach in 2020, it became an international consulting and development service provider that combines technical competence, intercultural understanding and entrepreneurial foresight.

The core business of development services was already expanded in 2022 by the new area of management consulting. The experience gained at the company's inception and development in Indonesia will be used to help European companies explore business opportunities and build development, production or sales capabilities in Indonesia.

Access to qualified engineers and accumulated experience in development projects led to the establishment of the new Personnel Services business area in 2026.
